Coconut oil is something we should be consuming and using a lot more often as we can use it to cook with, wash with, moisturise with, clean our teeth with/brushing and oil pulling and use it as suncream. A lot of the products we use for our health and detrimental to us and has terrible impacts on our health. Yet the masses don’t even know it! Coconut oil benefits us in many ways such as: Improving digestion; increase HDL cholesterol and lowers LDL cholesterol; good against candida and infections; balances hormones; excellent for weight loss; supports our bone health and much much more. With this information i have provided, it has barley scratched the surface, there’s so much more benefits when it comes to coconut oil with multiple studies to back it up.
