Raw Milk
A SUPERFOOD part of our ancestral diet. Yet today, it has been flagged as a food that kills and should be avoided at all costs. But why is this view incorrect? This post explains why.
Introduction:
If you have been wise to my previous posts as well as what other people have posted about on previous platforms about foods in their natural organic state, then this post won’t come as a surprise to you. However, if you are not someone who has been exposed to this information before, it may come as a bit of a shock to you. But once you continue to read on, reality kicks in and you will realise… That what you have been told/taught has all been a lie. This post will educate you on the things which have been kept from you and you will start to view things differently.
Phase 1: What is Raw Milk?
Raw milk is milk… that hasn’t been pasteurised or homogenised. Essentially it’s straight from the udder. Raw milk is the unpasteurised version of milk, the SUPREME version of milk.
Phase 2: Where does Raw Milk come from? Nutrients and further info:
You can consume raw milk from cows, sheep, goat, camel, Buffalo and Horse and other animals.
The most common produce of milk world-wide is cow’s milk. Cow’s milk is a nutrient-dense food, in the macronutrient sense (protein, fats and carbs) as well as micronutrients such as: Calcium, Iodine, Vitamin B12, Phosphorus, Proteins, Enzymes, Iron, Vitamin A, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc, Sulfur, Chlorine and many other micronutrients.
Goats milk seems to be easier to digest for some people. If you’re struggling to digest cows milk, then goats milk could be your answer. You can also consume goats cheese as well as some organic soaps made from goats milk. Furthermore, you can also consume some raw sheep kefir or goat kefir in the form of milk or yogurts that will agree with your gut. Milk comes in either A1 or A2, A2 has been shown to be easier to digest for people - it contains an amino acid which makes the milk easier to digest. Personally, I have found that consuming raw A2 kefir is easier for me to digest.
Now we know that raw milk has many benefits due to its nutrients, similar to breastmilk. Due to the fact that they are unprocessed forms of milk. Raw milk helps the production of an enzyme called Lactase Enzyme which is located in our intestinal tract. What this enzyme does, is it allows for people who are lactose intolerant to be able to digest raw milk. If you consume pasteurised and homogenised milk, the milk no longer helps the production of the lactase enzyme in order for people who are lactose intolerant to digest the milk. Raw milk produces many nutrients, bioavailable vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats, enzymes and more which greatly enhances the body.
The diagram below shows you the nutrients that raw human milk along with raw cow or goat milk produces. In comparison to what pasteurised milk contains. The difference really is night and day! Link to website
Phase 3: Why are there so many alternatives to raw milk?
So we know that raw milk is a super food that produces multiple vitamins and nutrients that are really good for our body and most importantly our health. But why have “They” created so many alternatives to raw milk. Well the simple answer, in my opinion, is this… Those that “run the food industry” know the overwhelming benefits to raw milk and how it is very beneficial for people to consume. And they know that, if i person is deficient in certain vitamins and minerals that raw milk provides, then it will be hard for that person to find those specific nutrients, elsewhere, all in the same place. And so they will tell you that raw milk is bad for you and will instead entice you with other alternatives such as almond milk, soy milk, pasteurised milk, plant milk, pasteurised goat milk, and the list goes on. They know that if they convince you to drink these forms of milk instead, then these milks will be deficient in the vital nutrients that raw milk provides which means that you will be deficient in them too. At the end of the day, it’s all to make you weaker. Don’t believe me… Well, just look around you, how many things do you use are made from plastic, blue lights constantly in your eyes, ultra processed foods, sitting down all day, social media, tap water. The list really does go on, but, once you realise these things it really does stop and make you think. And if you are wise to it, and start your journey in eradicating these harmful substances, you will realise that it is very hard to escape the latch they have on you. But I’m not telling you to not try, you must do your best to avoid these things. And raw milk is no different when it comes to pasteurising and homogenising the milk, to enticing you to consume their milk alternatives. They add so many other ingredients to these alternatives to change the taste to your liking, yet it is affecting your health in worse ways than you can imagine. You need to buy the product (individually), not the products of the product!
Phase 4: Pasteurisation and Homogenisation:
What does it mean when milk is pasteurised and homogenised? Well, this involves the milk being warmed up to a certain temperature to eliminate the “bad bacterias” that raw milk contains. So, what this does is it takes away the vital vitamins, minerals and nutrients that raw milk provides and you are then drinking dead bacteria. That’s just the truth. Go back and look at the images provided and you will see the difference between raw milk and pasteurised milk. The reason that companies wanted their milk to be pasteurised and homogenised was because back in the early 1900s, there was illnesses being diagnosed for people because of the raw milk they were drinking. So the companies and farmers decided to change the way their milk was produced to minimise the illnesses being spread. But, for some context, it needs to be stated that the reason why so many people were falling sick due to the milk they were consuming, was because major cities were being developed and people were moving closer to the city and they were taking their cattle with them. By them doing this, their cattle were not able to have access to healthy fields for the cattle to graze the fields and produce nutrient dense milk. So instead they moved closer to the cities where the area was not as clean and not suitable to the cattle to graze. So this resulted in illnesses being spread due to what the farmers were making the cows consume.
The moral of the story is that cattle need to be bread and looked after properly. Because whatever they produce, we consume, and if they’re not healthy, then we’re not going to be healthy.
Phase 5: Conclusion:
To conclude the assumption of this post, you should be consuming raw milk. Why? Well, if we look back at the benefits it has to offer such as enzymes, healthy fats and proteins, vitamins, minerals, good for organ health, excellent for bone health due to the calcium it holds, it can lower blood pressure due to the potassium in raw milk and so on. Raw milk is not pasteurised nor homogenised so it will therefore keep all of its truly beneficial nutrients which makes it one of the best sources of food to consume. Farmers would not produce their quality raw milk if they knew that their cattle weren’t being treated correctly, because as we know, this happened previously due to the lifestyle of the cattle. Farmers take great care in their production of raw milk and understand the overarching benefits of it, in order to produce the supreme version of milk.
Our ancestors were drinking raw milk for hundreds and thousands of years, yet you do not hear many studies to show that raw milk was a detriment to their health. If this is so, then I truly believe it is to fit the narrative that raw milk is bad for you. We know from our ancestors that their health and lifestyle was far greater than ours, due to the completely different lifestyle we live, and ours has far more negative factors than theirs. They would be consuming raw milk, raw and not overly-cooked meats, wild fruits and wild herbs that greatly benefitted their health. Do some research into what types of raw milk will be beneficial to you. And also do some of your own research into your milk, this isn’t health advice, just my opinion on the different points of views/studies that I have researched and then came to my own conclusion.
Health is wealth!
